RETURN POLICY

 

FREE RETURNS ACROSS GREECE

You can exchange the product you received for a different size, color or type within 14 days of the orignal delivery date, via our carrier.

The first exchange is free of charge, for Greece. The return cost is charged to the customer for any exchange other than the first one.

In case a customer wishes to return products for personal reasons with no intention to exchange them, the return cost is charged to the customer (see withdrawal).

Product exchange procedure:

-Changes for Greece are free.

-If you wish to exchange a product, send the parcel back to us via the original carrier, billing the receiver's account.

-Your parcel should contain the original receipt/ invoice & a note indicating the code, color and size of the product which you wish to exchange for.

 

EXCHANGES FOR CYPRUS AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You can exchange the product you received for a different size, color or type within 14 days of the orignal delivery date. Returns are accepted, as long as the items that you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, in their original sealed and undamaged packaging, along with all the accompanying documets. Return and reshipment cost is billed to the customer and must be paid off directly to the carrier.

Product exchange procedure:

-If you wish to exchange a product, send the parcel back to us via the carrier of your choice, billing the sender (you).

-Your parcel should contain the original receipt/ invoice & a note indicating the code, color and size of the product which you wish to exchange for.

CAUTION: Any additional costs (duties, taxes & customs clearance fees) are charged when the parcel arrives in the destination country and are billed to the recipient. Because policy and customs charges vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. If there are customs charges, it may affect the delivery time of your package.

 

Return conditions:

1. Items mustn't be washed or worn.

2. Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.

3. Returns are accepted, as long as the items that you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, whole, unwashed and unworn, in their original sealed and undamaged packaging, along with all the accompanying documets (receipt, invoice etc.).

WITHDRAWAL:

You have the right to return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days of dispatch, exercising the right to withdraw and - only if the products have not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid for them. Return costs are charged to the customer and must be paid off directly to the carrier.

In case the payment is made upon delivery, the extra charge of this service will not be refunded. The same applies for additional costs (duties, taxes & customs clearance fees), which will not be refunded.

Return/ withdrawal procedure:

In case of withdrawal, you must ship the package back to our headquarters via a carrier of your choice, with return costs charging the sender (you)*.

The package must include the original receipt/ invoice etc. and a note indicating the bank name, bank account holder's full name, IBAN and/or bank account number in which you wish the refund to be deposited.

 

*In case the return owes to a fault of the company (defective product, wrong shipping) the company shall bear the costs of the return process. Please note that you should not ship using regular mail (ELTA), as the packages are not delivered to our headquarters and delays come up, using this service.

Caution:

The products are shipped to our headquarters under your responsibility. As a result, you should make sure they are properly packed (if not in their original pack) so that they are not corrupted during transportation.

All goods will be inspected upon return to the company.

If a product is returned in a bad condition, we should send it back.

The company bears no responsibility for any products returned to us by mistake.

We recommend that you keep your courier receipt and shipping number, until the return process is complete.
