How long does delivery take?

GREECE: The products are shipped on the day of the order or the next business day, as long as the products are in stock. They are delivered within 2 days in Attica Region and within 4 business days outside Attica Region, by the carrier.

CYPRUS: The products are shipped via ACS (Economy Delivery: 5-10 Days) and DHL Courier (Express Delivery: 2-4 Days). Once the products leave our premises, you receive a confirmation email and/or SMS including the shipping information of your package.

Which courier services do you use?

GREECE: The packages are shipped via Speedex & Geniki Taxydromiki (upon customer request).

CYPRUS: The packages are shipped via SkyNet Courier Services (Express Delivery: 1-3 Days with shipping cost of 5€.

INTERNATIONALLY: Our packages are shipped via DHL Courier.

How much does shipping cost?

GREECE: We offer FREE shipping for all orders in Greece.

CYPRUS: The packages are shipped via SkyNet Courier Services (Express Delivery: 1-3 Days with shipping cost of 5€.

Internationally: Our packages are shipped via DHL Courier. Cost and delivery time are set, depending on the Zone of the destination country/ point. For zones 1 & 2 the shipping cost is 10€ per product. For the rest of the zones, excluding Switzerland and Australia, the shipping cost is 15€ / product. For Switzerland and Australia the shipping cost is 20€ / product.

How do I stay up-to-date with my order?

Once the package leaves our premises, you receive a confirmation email and/or SMS including the shipping information of your order. In any case, you can track and trace your shipment with the shipment number given by the courier company.

Can I shop and/or pick up my order in store?

Our headquarters in Moschato host the corporate offices and there is no physical store. The products are available in our e-commerce platform and your orders are delivered via courier.

How long does it take for out-of-stock products to get back in stock?

You can choose the size which you are interested in and you will get an email notification when it is back in stock.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. International destinations are served via DHL Courier, directly to the recipient address. For zones 1 & 2 the shipping cost is 10€ per product. For the rest of the zones, excluding Switzerland and Australia, the shipping cost is 15€ / product. For Switzerland and Australia the shipping cost is 20€ / product.

Can I exchange the product that I received?

You can exchange the product you received for a different size, color or type within 14 days of the orignal delivery date, via our carrier. The first exchange is free of charge, for Greece. The return cost is charged to the customer for any exchange other than the first one. For Cyprus and international destinations, any shipping cost is charged to the customer.

Is a refund possible?

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days of dispatch, exercising the right to withdraw and - only if the products have not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid for them. Return costs are charged to the customer and must be paid off directly to the carrier.
